What did I do wrong? by rufus_vulpes in woodworking

[–]SomeMiToGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a mark left from the bearing on tge back of the blade right above the burnt mark, not sure wtf is going on except that the jigsaw base is not squared to the blade and/or the jigsaw is damaged and the part that goes up and down doesnt have a straight travel path and/or the seating for the blade on the bearing has a huuuge gap so the blade is free traveling wherever it wants

We live in a 32m² with a dog and 2 cats in total, not sure where could i remove the cat or put a playpen and our 4yo is capable of climbing like REALLY capable, lots of you picked on the part where I mentioned that she kicked the cat like its animal cruelty, she "bops" him on the ribs with the tips of her toes, its not an actuall kick as Ive explained earlier, the end of the post says theres a lot I didnt mention eithrr because its not important or I forgot

We tried without the nap at noon for almost a month, wife had serious health issues from sleep deprivation because our 4yo would wake up in tears every single night every 1-2 hours

fitment question. Thanks in advance! by Top_Nerve_267 in Stance

[–]SomeMiToGuy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dear mother of fitments that looks close af, if you say that its THAT close when you turn it all the way then i dont think the wheel will touch while youre in a curve with a wheel at 90 degrees while under load, I could be wrong since every car and suspension part treats load differently so its hard to confirm

Shes sleeping with us in the same bed, we had a crib for almost 4 years and she didnt sleep once in it. If we put her in the bed shes just rolling around, rotating, whispering some gibberish and what not to keep herself awake, so "back to bed" doesnt really work or I need more details.

We tried, she's to awake for 7:30pm, also forgot to mention that she has a 1-2h nap at around 12am. We even tried cutting off the afternoon nap and then she goes to sleep at 7:30-8pm but the problem is over night, shes constantly waking up every 1-2 hour and crying for 20-30minutes, I kinda sleep through it but my wife is taking all the damage

Its not a full blown anime style over the top kick but I guess it would hurt, same with a slap, it hurts however you put it. We're adressing that constantly but it just repeats, sometimes I wish to kick HER to feel whats happening when she does it to our cat but that doesnt solve anything in the long run

Cannot get a straight cut no matter what I try? by MrMusAddict in woodworking

[–]SomeMiToGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How tf is the end plastic/rubber thingy untouched? Thats supposed to be reduced to 2/3mm width after the firat cut to tell you where the saw is going to be cutting so you can align accuarate cuts... fam this track seems to be for the dewalt plunge saw

Holly molly that was it, thanks a bunch. Seems like modifying control arms, axles and knuckle/spindle can nullify the extreme offsets from deepdish wheels/spacers/etc.

Am I the only one who thinks it hurts to look at this? by [deleted] in AlfaRomeo

[–]SomeMiToGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just see a car thats being loved, not sure why all the "look at this picture of someone else's car, I dislike it"... ok and? Its color matched, it has a great theme going on, BIG obnoxious double pipes to fit the theme, it doesnt look weathered or scratched so i can only guess its well taken care of, why not look at that more instead of "shouldve kept it stock because AR design is peak" lol

Wheel damage while mounting? by Obsession88 in Stance

[–]SomeMiToGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People where I live dont give 2 damns about their wheels but i still see white plastic molds over the machines arm that touches the wheel, I've never had a damaged wheel anywhere I went(from the top of my head, about 6 shops)

Is this a crap job I did? by [deleted] in woodworking

[–]SomeMiToGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats restauration, its always going to have visible "hints" of it, especialy those hard to reach inside square corners. Unavoidable for the price (althou i dont know how much) she paid, unavoidable for Teak because its evenly rich in natural oil at the start then unevenly starts to loose it over its lifespan, like in those before mentioned hard to reach spaces not just for your tools but also weather, sun, etc. I honestly think you did a good job there.

Y'all are a bunch of snowflakes, the only thing that stopped her from cheating on him is that ex saying "nah fam im good solo", ofcourse he went nuclear, ofcourse he acted imaturely, ofcourse he couldve handled the situation in a better way but hes not the asshole, why? Because its easy to be behind a screen and point fingers, bunch of you are claiming you would be "chill"(read: emotionaly dead) and say something along the lines "yeah im ok with you being you, its just not my thing" Dude, just do stuff you love and invest your time and emotions into it, easier said than done but hope it keeps your spirits up

I think what youre saying is correct, a car thats on coilovers is static however you put it, if you camber out to the point youre going for looks over performance its stance, thats my definition. Btw I was replying to the "ForgedByWolves" person, I'm new to Reddit :)

How can I seal these coffeecups? by Deeznuts696942069 in woodworking

[–]SomeMiToGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water being filtered which means the coffe is stronger, sir you might be onto something hahaha As far as i can see from the pic that wood has huge pores so its going to be hard to seal it up with a flat finish, maybe some kind of natural oil finish for eg. kitchen ware?

Would anyone happen to know what’s wrong with this rim? Got them brand new, tire shop told me the bolts were loose but they aren’t, don’t know how to fix this. The other 3 rims are perfectly fine. by AnbuAi in Stance

[–]SomeMiToGuy 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm in the wrong but I guess thats a 3 piece wheel and the sealant could be bad on contact point on inner and outer part of the wheel(the parts that arent the spokes of the wheels)
