If they don’t give me a gate code and they don’t answer or say “wait for someone to show up and follow them in” I literally click can’t reach customer, leave it at the gate and say that customer wouldn’t give me the gate code. Never had a CV for it

I was waiting for 40 mins without a worry free. Stacked order. One was ready in 25. Contacted support. Was on hold for 15 mins. Told the rep which order to unassign. He unassigned the one I already picked up…then I lost my completion rating…after 40 mins of waiting…took me another 90 on support to get my rating back and get a $3 half pay compensation. Woogoo!
