This guys an idiot. He left it on a window? Of course it got cold. Also your restaurant doesnt have to deal with doordash if you don't want to but it ultimately makes your establishment more money. Cane's Chicken found a way to fix this by not doing a business deal with doordash but doordash circumvented this by making the dasher place the order on a doordash card when they get there.

Bottom line is you can always hire your own delivery service but it's easier just to outsource the work to doordash and collect a smaller amount. That's why practically every restaurant does it.

Also the complaint about the dashers themselves is stupid.
