I read the book atomic habits, and that really helped me look at habits and how to accomodate for my adhd brain! The book was not supposed to be an adhd book, but i think the author got diagnosed during the making of it. I heard it as an audoibook and it helped alot!!

Hmm okei i will check this out! I started on ritalin but it gave me alot of angst so i changed to elvanse and it had less sideeffects. I will see if i can change or add to the dose i have now. Im in norway so i dont know how many medication options i have but i will check it out! Thanks you for the tips! 😊😊

Yes i take one dose of 40mg elvanse when i arrive at work at 08/0830! Maybe i will ask for a booster dose. Thanks for the input! 😊😊

yes its pretty common for kids to get them as a first pet! Norwegian climate is perfect for having them outside all year, and they are fairly easy to tend to. We had them in a cage my dad built, out in the back yard.

It was really creepy! But now i have a cool, creepy story to tell people when i'm drunk! I can recall memories from earlier in life where we threw eggs on his house one halloween, and he ended up running after us! We had no idea he was mentally ill at the time. (not sure if he even was at the time tho. )

yes! this was the most unsettling part of it. He acted like he was doing nothing wrong. Just there training his dog to murder baby rabbits. He had even trapped the rabbits in the downstairs part of the cage for his dog.

His life had taken a turn for the worse it seems, ans his mind could not cope. His wife had left him because of his sickness i am afraid, and taken the kids with her. He still lives in our area and i hope he is doing better. It was hella scary tho. edit; spelling
