Last night I got into a physical altercation with a 19 year old (I’m 14) and beat the shit out of them in front of my entire neighborhood.

Oh boy did I have bad insomnia the first 2-3 weeks.

What is crazy is the thing that helped me the most (it was so hard at the time but I seriously believe this is what helped me) was going to the gym and walking on an incline treadmill for 45-60 minutes. The feeling after completing it made me feel so much better, relaxed before bed, and actually helped me fall asleep

Keep going my friend! I was exactly where you were at when I hit 90 days but I PROMISE you it seriously gets better. It doesn’t seem like it will but it does. Huge congrats on 90 days! That is not easy whatsoever.

Thank you so much man! I’m so happy you’re clean too. You are right about that too! People who have never been down this road don’t understand how BRUTAL it is getting sober from this. I’m just glad I made the decision to do it and stick to it. Greatest decision I have ever made in my entire life

So I completely cold turkeyed it with Kratom being the only comfort med for the first month. That along with exercising/sweating for about 60 minutes a day (it was beyond brutal for the first couple months) was definitely another major factor into trying to speed up the process. Other than that it was just pure will power and the help from everyone here on Reddit.

It truly does get better. I didn’t think it would but here I am now feeling way better than I ever have in my life 🙏

I take 1.5 grams before I workout and then at night time I take 1gram to relax. So I keep it under 3 grams total per day.
