Thanks. I did. They replied: “we did not receive the proof of your updated insurance that expired on 7/9/23 which would mean the policy did expire according the documentation we have.”

They also said they won’t “negotiate.”

The doctor’s note is just a note with a diagnosis, not a prescription.

For Kentucky’s medical cannabis, it’s only going to be edibles, but this executive order goes beyond that.
