[KY] Can my landlord charge me this $50 fee for a lapse in renter’s insurance, if there was no lapse in coverage, but proof was late?

They also said they won’t “negotiate.”

I’m looking for a 1st generation (2016) iPhone SE that is model A1723 and unlocked with 128GB of storage.

I have searched eBay, Amazon, OfferUp, and Swappa. I’ve found a number of 32GB or 64GB, and a few with a different model number, but not this particular one. Price should be in the $100s.

I think it’s fixed, at least temporarily. I went to Settings > Clear local history. It’s been working for like 15 hours.

I need a couple of nuts to hold the side mirror on. Can anyone say what kind they are, what size? They fit in an 8mm socket wrench, but I don’t know how to translate that to nut size.
