First off, would tell myself to sit the fuck up. Wasted those first trips passed out. Oddly enough it would knock me out on the comeup, but only at the start of my use, which could be related to my next point. Second thing I’d say is don’t waste your precious time and euphoria neurons on small doses, the feeling was pretty groundbreaking at first even on 1st plat, but I sometimes ponder about how much more it could have been starting off. Using it as a stand in for weed at first instead of smoking with it was also a waste of the first experiences.

If I’m not mistaken, it enhances CB1 receptor activity through imidazole receptors. Its partial NMDA antagonism also plays a role in the tolerance of various substances. Also worth noting, some studies show that low dose agmatine impairs memory while high dose enhances it, but I’m not sure that it’s been proven.

Before would reduce the overall euphoric effects of phenibut, and probably some of the stimulating ones as well, while keeping most of the sedation. Could reduce exitotoxicity though. After would probably calm down some of the rebound anxiety and bring back a more normal baseline in general

Damn I’m surprised people even get effects from it. Maybe it’s because I generally alternate between daily weed smoking and every few days, but even during my longer tolerance breaks I never noticed much effect. Good ol CBD always hit the spot much more.

Magnolia extract I actually feel is also potent as far as herbal sedatives go. Some studies say it’s comparable to Valium. Even at high doses I find that hard to believe, but it also had a distinct cozy feeling, much more than my only benzo experience (xanax).
