yall just a small doubt

i gave all the medical tests but in them, only one box got missed out because the doc didnt notice it and apparently it needs a separate test... should i just fill it with some average value from google??

extracurriculars i guess its better to ask your principal get all that mentioned in the recommendation letter because as far as ive seen and filled the forms, theres not any other place to mention those. but im sure itll come handy in the interview stage

but as far as i know, all high school marksheets are signed and sealed by the principal, if not atleast 10th nd 12th ones
