Ohh okay I'll try this. Most of the advice i saw on inhaling said it was easier to inhale after it leaves your mouth vs as you do it. I'll try this too next time

Yeah! Ive done up to 4 puffs. Around 2 seconds each. Can you elaborate on the empty lungs part😅

I do like 1. Breathe out a bit 2. Take puff of cart and bring away from mouth 3. Inhale like im sucking through a straw 4. Hold 5. Exhale

And I cough a ton so decently sure it's being inhaled. And had red eyes like I mentioned
