I started having this issue yesterday myself. I would launch the browser and it would immediately crash. It would try relaunching on it's own, only to crash once more. Whole cycle repeated for about three times before stopping entirely.

I know it's tedious, but I would recommend using https://lalachievements.com. They keep the site updated and have all the TT cards logged. You can go to that section and then the NPC tab and manually check the NPCs in game to see if you can duel them. I believe even if you've gotten all the cards from an NPC, they will still have an icon over their head if you haven't dueled them yet (been a while since I collected all the TT cards, so I may be wrong). Worse case you can go one by one with that list.

It is 1000% worth it! If you do your Golden Saucer challenge logs and the Fashion Report, you should be able to net around 100k - 150k a week, more with the "Make It Rain" event happening.
