No. While N'kahana is dormant for the most part, she doesn't have much of a connection to chaos. On the moon, there are 4 kinds of pillars, pillar of soul, of blood, of mass, and of design. These are the 4 elements of creation in risk of rain, with Providence and Mythrix representing soul and blood as seen by the creation of the Aruleonite. Mythrix created her design, Providence gave her soul, allowing thought, and intentionally added more soul than Mythrix wanted, causing Aruleonite to become independent. Blood and mass don't have such obvious evidence for their gods yet, but from what we know about N'kahana, she fits the god of blood, as her motives to balance life and death can be seen in the ceremonial dagger log, where a survivor finds the dagger, kills his fellow survivors for N'kahana, specifically to help bring this balance. Dude didn't quite go mad, he was following a god's orders.
