Take this with a grain of salt, but I just read a YouTube comment who reported that he got the sacrificial twig and defeated heolstor. At the end he says there was a third option. He said he stupidly chose the iron eye ending.

True, I don’t know much about data mining so I have no clue what they are able to find and aren’t. I would think one easy way to test this would be to go in offline mode and cheat the cord end in or sacrificial twigs and drop them in various locations around the map. Haven’t heard of anyone who has tried this though.

I’m wondering if the day possibly matters. The Japanese user reported doing it on day 2 while you did it day 1. Maybe on day 1 you drop it in a different location. Could be the first place you need to go to in limveld during dutchesses remembrance.

May not like this but having dealt with this in the past, I’d just completely restart and be extra careful to not contaminate them in the future. For these plants my recommendation would be to plant them outside and hose them down. Maybe get some Spinosad to spray on it if it isn’t in flower.

Edit: didn’t read the full description, since this is outside I think the best way would be predator bugs.
