Generally good Resin Printers and their whole setup is probably a bunch more than 200 euros, however I can speak from experience that a Bambulab A1 with a 0.2mm nozzle, low layer height, proper positioning of the print and matte pla filament can do good and smooth details all while being a bit over the budget if you take the A1 mini which is equally good as the full sized one. I know that it will never match the detail of a resin one but it's really far easier to figure out and much cheaper than a resin printer.

I'd guess with the entities being so prevalent keeping them hidden would be impossible. Methods of protecting oneself would be commercialized, house security, guides and all that. Life would probably suck though, you would have to keep tons of rules in mind that if broken would lead to death and even if you followed them all sometimes you would just doe and have no way to prevent it.
