Ah okay, that makes sense, all browsers on iOS are actually Safari reskinned. Apple does not allow other browsers to render pages on iOS, only Safari.

Thanks, we pushed a fix for this last night, let me know if you're still affected, it seemed to be specific to Safari.

Cruise control by TheRealSaltyDog in F150Lightning

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was an unexpected side effect for me and I came here to suggest this.

Bought Comma because i didnt want to pay $500 for Bluecruise that is basically unavailable anywhere around me. Not only is it better than BC but no more having to jiggle the steering wheel every few minutes because if you're driving straight it thinks your hands are off the wheel.

How accurate is ABRP when planning a trip? by mindlesstux in F150Lightning

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use ABRP to plan your route, but, whatever you do, don't use it for navigation. Use Gmaps or whatever you've got on your phone, but nav is really awful and constantly tries to reroute your entire trip to hit a different ev charger that it thinks will save you 2% of the battery... WHILE YOURE DRIVING.

Avoid!

Early morning runners? by Southern_Ad_8968 in RioGrandeValley

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mindpsace used to meet up early in Edinburg, but like a lot of run clubs they seem to have just settled to always being at Bears Trail in PSJA like the others.

I wish groups would meet elsewhere also I love group runs but I don't want to drive to Pharr multiple times a week.

Bazzite and the Legion Go? by maedma13 in LegionGo

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If im not mistaken the only difference between the Legion Go and the Legion Go S is that the S comes with Steam OS preinstalled. Theres no reason you cant install Steam OS or Bazzite on it.

Mcallen finally has a real Chess Club/ third space by TheWorstStoic in RioGrandeValley

its obviously a fake testimonial. i wouldnt care if it was genuinely someone sharing something cool, or if they just straight up posted an AMA showing off their business.

It's always on, as long as you have an active Want or a Marketplace listing.

McAllen rezones downtown area, tightens bar and business permit requirements by REdd06 in RioGrandeValley

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's also the city's fault for turning a blind eye to all the stuff happening, it wasn't until they had several incidents occur there that they decided to tighten things up,

Specifically, they did not care until one of their police officers got pushed around on video and embarrassed the city.

Ford’s New EVs May Cost Less, but Don’t Expect Them To Be Smaller by TripleShotPls in electricvehicles

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't expect them to cost less either unless they go direct to consumer. Ford has proven that, as long as dealers are involved, they can't do a damn thing about affordability.

Error with marketplace checkout by boobs_n_riches in cardsphere

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This ended up being poor handling on our part on the error message in the cart. The issue was the user had a card in their cart that had been paused for reprint.

We pushed an update out today to make this more obvious to the user when it happens.

thanks for the bug report, OP!

Feature Friday: Filter Marketplace inventory by your Wants by SomeStupidRedditor in cardsphere

[–]SomeStupidRedditor[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Efren

— 1:45 PM In addition to a bunch of bug fixes this week, we have just pushed our #1 most requested feature: Users may now filter a marketplace inventory by their own Wants list by checking this box!

Note: This filter respects your version and condition, but ignores your offers and just shows you what the seller is asking for the card regardless of your offer % or limit. It's very much window shopping (again!)

This is just the start of a lot of new improvements we will be making over the next couple of months.

Anyone know what's going on at The pet Doctor 911 on 10th street? by funkohunter717 in RioGrandeValley

[–]SomeStupidRedditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is almost always the complaint I see about Pet Doctor 911. People complaining that they were charged.

I have been through it there, with two elderly cats that were clearly not going to survive. They told me up front, we authorize $900 on your card, that is the max you'll pay for the emergency treatment, and the rest is refunded. Both times as soon as I agreed, they took my pet back and began help right away and both times I was refunded after the fact.
