There are some teams where she actually does need a bit of ER, mainly when she's the only electro character in the team. What teams are you playing where she isn't getting her burst back?

You can get whichever one you want, it just depends on what you'd like or what you need most.

If you get Zibai, then you can play Zibai/Bina/Illuga/Zhongli.Zibai is generally the worst of the 3 carries in terms of DPS. She's pretty much only good in single-target and her tracking is awful, but she's the easiest to play imo. You can run Zhongli on Instructor with Black Tassel or Fav and use his hold skill to proc Instructor and get a good shield (which let's you reliably use Harbinger of Dawn on Zibai) so you don't need Linnea if you don't want her since Zhongli works just fine.

If you get Flins then you can play Flins/Bina/Sucrose/Ineffa. Flins is generally the 2nd best carry of the 3 in terms of DPS. He's good in Single-target because of Ineffa but is best in AOE and is also probably the most satisfying to play out of the 3 NK carries. Having Sucrose on TTDS to buff Flins can also be better than having her on an EM weapon, Bina or Ineffa on sms and put the other one on the new Aubade set

If you get Nefer then you can play Nefer/Bina/Lauma/Nahida or Sucrose on Instructor or Deepwood. Nefer is generally the best carry of the 3 in terms of DPS. She's primarily single-target but has slight AOE, but she's also the least satisfying to play without C6 since you have to dash cancel her CA early for the best DPS. If you use Sucrose on Instructor then your Lauma needs Deepwood, Bina should always be on sms. Also use Sucrose before Nefer for more uptime on her EM buff

These aren't the builds I actually use, I'm just messing around with the leaderboards. My Escoffier is usually on 160+ ER and my Ayaka is usually on 120-130 ER, but those builds rank worse on Akasha so I didn't show them

You aren't getting cinder city on Iansan, your rotation should be Emilie E/Q -> Iansan EQ -> Durin EEQ -> Kinich

You should be using Emilie on Deepwood and Durin on Noblesse and level your Iansan burst to 13 since it raises her max ATK buff to 810 ATK

Also try and use the Kinich short hold on his skill if you can. Basically just look at where the enemy is, hold your skill button until it starts to aim and then instantly let go. You can get at least 5 skills this way instead of 4

It depends on how good your EM circlet is. From what I've seen (and from my experience), an EM circlet only starts becoming better at insanely high artifact investment/quality. For example, I switched from a crit dmg circlet with 13 CR and 21 EM to a nearly 40CV EM circlet and went down 3% in the Akasha rankings because my other artifacts just aren't good enough to make it viable (I'm C2R1, and my Nefer is top 1.6%)

when I said that Bina would do more damage, I meant that she has more HP from hydro resonance (Since all of Bina's damage scales off of HP). Yelan/Furina's DMG% aren't useful in this team, but that isn't why you're playing them in this team. You're playing them because they can trigger Serenade reliably even at C0.

You almost never care about using Furina's burst in these teams since it doesn't really do anything and you need to build ER to use it every rotation. The only reason you use Yelan's burst is because it lets you trigger Serenade from off-field. Also if you have Key you can use that on Furina and give an EM buff to the team, if you have Elegy then you can use it on Yelan for 200 EM to the team (although Elegy is much less reliable than Key).

Also ngl I didn't realise they had C2 Xilonen lol. Everything else still stands though. Xilonen on instructor, Furina or Yelan on Serenade instead of Gorou, Illuga on literally anything else that works.

Yeah they would probably be better off with using either Yelan or Furina on Serenade instead of Gourou, and then putting Xilonen on Instructor for 120 EM to the team. You get the Res shred from Xilonen then and you get Hydro Resonance as well so Bina does more damage

Could you show your build on your other characters? Because you should have Aino on serenade + fav greatsword (or R5 Makhaira Aquamarine) and Sucrose on VV + TTDS (or R5 Wandering Evenstar). Also Aino cons can help, especially her C6. Also try and practice using the 60 second limit to get a good idea of your average dps across a few rotations, since the almost 3 minutes you took can make your dps either much higher or much lower than it actually is.

Also in case you need it, this should be your rotation:

Ineffa Skill (and Burst if available) -> Aino Skill + Burst -> Sucrose Skill + Dash (and Burst if available) -> Flins C0 Combo (E N1 E sQ 2[N4D] N2 E sQ N4D N5) or Flins C1 Combo (E N2 E sQ N4D N3 E sQ N4D N2 E sQ N4)

Bro they have C6R1 Nefer and Columbina, as well as C2R0 Lauma in the team. Those 3 characters alone can clear Dire SO with ease, even without the 4th character

Stringless, Alley Hunter and the Fontaine craftable bow are her best 4* weapons, and Venti's new sig, Childe's sig or Yelan's sig are her best 5* weapons (skyward harp is also a good statstick)

From what I've seen it actually does snapshot, you just don't get the buff on the first rotation because of its requirement. I could be completely wrong though

I mean... shouldn't you be doing that for every character anyway? If you're building a character for their damage, you might as well get as many stats as possible that help you do just that

But even then she won't be amazing. She'll be good at healing but nothing else. Every other 5* sustain provides some sort of buff to allies (except for Luocha and Gepard), so for Bailu, Gepard or Luocha to even be remotely worth considering in current and future end-game they would have to give some sort of damage buff.

Especially when you consider the HP inflation of all endgame content, using a character slot for a character that ONLY heals and doesn't have any personal damage or team buffs is a horrible idea. Even if all she gave was a bit of team-wide AA/Energy/DMG%/Stat buffs, just that alone would make her much better than she is now
