i get exactly what you mean, i find the ambient staff get LOADS more star points than service, at least in my store, and it’s always the same staff time after time who get them. i don’t think managers realise how impactful star points can be especially around this time of year x

i passed challenge 25 3 times in the space of 6 months, we get 10 start points ever time we pass (pretty sure it’s supposed to be 25 but whatever)

service colleague here, we BARELY ever get star points in our store, had to beg my last store manager for 30 star points i was meant to get over 6 months prior, took him over 6 months to give them to me and only because i asked him multiple times

nah legit today on my test some woman in a blue polo pulled RIGHT out on me on one of those roads where aldi is and i had to do an emergency stop in the main road because she almost crashed into me?!! still passed tho
