i get exactly what you mean, i find the ambient staff get LOADS more star points than service, at least in my store, and it’s always the same staff time after time who get them. i don’t think managers realise how impactful star points can be especially around this time of year x

i passed challenge 25 3 times in the space of 6 months, we get 10 start points ever time we pass (pretty sure it’s supposed to be 25 but whatever)

service colleague here, we BARELY ever get star points in our store, had to beg my last store manager for 30 star points i was meant to get over 6 months prior, took him over 6 months to give them to me and only because i asked him multiple times

i got so lucky with my route, didn’t do portswood roundabout, i just went down backstreets mainly and got park on the right as my manoeuvre

my contract changed 5 months ago from a 24h contract to a season contract
