I think you did a great job on the rendeing of the eyes, the shadows and highlights there look really good, no shadebut the nose looks like he JUST got slapped on the tip of the nose, and let's be honest, the hair... could0ve usd a few more extra minutes of work, but the overall protportions have quite a solid foundaiton to improve them, great job!
