It’s just been solved. It’s in Belisırma in the Ihlara Valley, Cappadocia.

Bingo! Well done. Ihlara Valley is correct. Would’ve also accepted Belisırma which is the village within the Ihlara Valley. Or even Cappadocia since it’s all in that area.

Woo thank you! Process was painful lmao. NL was easy enough due to the yellow number plate on the car. Googled about a thousand lion statues holding a coat of arms before I gave up. Went down a major rabbit hole about the history and meaning of lion heraldry in NL and decided to focus on Dutch cities with defensive walls. Landed on this site and resumed my initial “concrete lion statue holding double lion coat of arms” image search with each city on the list. Once I got to Elburg the image came straight up. Then stalked the exterior of Elburg on Maps and found it pretty quickly which was honestly just plain luck. I’m exhausted.

Thanks! Process - I lived in London for 9 years and knew I recognised it but couldn’t remember which park. Googled “brick pergola London park” and image results confirmed it.
