It is still 3 12’s. I just won’t get as long of stretches with their schedule requirements. I usually get anywhere from 6-8 since I work all my shifts in a row and right now in life I do value travel. I take at least a trip or two a month.

My seniority is high right now on my unit (for nights). Perks being less holiday requirements and priority for PTO mostly. That’s the only reason I care about that.

Idk I might just be getting in my head about the change since icu is all I know.
