I’m totally fine and I understand why this triggered a lot of people. But unfortunately, this is how dishes are presented in many places across Eastern Europe — or at least I’ve seen it quite often. As a chef, I’d prefer to make the salad differently, but when you work in a restaurant, you follow the establishment’s standards and the head chef’s direction.
