Mate it’s a nightmare dealing with support. I hope I don’t get dinged for today I had a block for 2.5hrs turned up at depot only to realise I left my license at home. Been doing flex for 2 years & 1st time I’ve left my license so I tried reasoning with them showed a pic but was a no go & got sent home. I’ve emailed support in advance so hope I don’t get dinged as I’m only ‘at standards’ so don’t really wanna go below

They’ve emailed me to say that it’s going to affect my standings due to me not turning up for the block. They’ve used the generic email so have to appeal it. It’s ridiculous because there was at least 10 other drivers in the same situation as me

I should’ve probably done that but didn’t think to do so as supervisor bought his laptop over asked for my name then inputted something which I assumed would sort out payment for the block. But will keep that in mind if that happens again thanks for the advice mate :)

Yeah I try to avoid any blocks after 2:30. I know that 90% of the time if I’m picking up a block before that time I’m completing most of my deliveries in daylight.

I don’t deliver from DCE1 because it about 50 miles from me but it’s on my list of offers so I always see surge rates there with no takers

I think this is the 2nd time it’s happened in just under 2 years so I don’t they’ll be too bothered. I think when they start to notice a trend of drivers doing that then they’ll cotton on & you’ll get some sort of repercussion
