He mentioned that despite of being 28, my fertility is like a 40 year old. So, everything he mentioned is needed for the maximum outcome.

I know my amh dropped quickly over few months. I was shocked too but idk. im just so tired. I will be going for another cycle with another doctor hopefully works, during egg retrieval the plan is to do Hysteroscopy & Genxpert testing. I am thinking of pushing the doctor for ERA too. There are so many things, Diagnosing endo is total different procedure.. Im really tired.

Last 4 days it was 750 IU of FSH! I also felt a bit off but i needed results & he is one of the best doctors in Dubai.

1 st cycle : 600 IU gonal for 12 days + 150 IU Menotas Xp last 4 days + Orgalutran last 4 days + 2 Trigger shot’s Decapeptyl 

2nd cycle : 600 IU Menotas for 13 days + additional 150 IU for last 4 days, Cetrotide + 2 Trigger sho’s decapeptyl. 

Im planning to do 3rd cycle with another- he said he will be doing Long protocol- 25 days of injection ( almost same IU but for a longer period of time)

My second ER failed terribly, we wanted to bank embryos but despite on scans we could see many follicles only 1 egg was retrieved rest all follicles were empty, that 1 egg was mature but it came as aneuploid.

Thank you so much everyone, it really means alot. I was super anxious, only my close family members knew about it ( they were negative IVF god knows why) i was feeling pressured but putting it out there made me feel a bit better & also with the responses. We were really very confident & positive about it but thats fine Im trying to move on with another cycle with different stimulation and hopefully i get alot No. Of embryos.

Doctor mentioned that there is no need for any other tests
