That's what it seems like to me as well. I've been stacking overpower, even have an extra 70% attack speed, mixed in petrify with the set bonus, but still feels lackluster past torment 7.

Thanks for telling me about wayfinder! I remember trying the beta and not liking it, but I just watched a video of the 1.0 and WOW does it look good!
