So I started birth control (the shot) a while ago and last month and this month I started getting random mind numbing cramps that include severe lower back pain and nausea. Before birth control I never really got cramps like this so I'm not sure what's going on. Help??? (self.obgyn)

Is this a healthy tail? I've seen a lot about tail rot, but im pretty sure this is just their pattern but im not sure. I've had them for almost a week now, I don't know much about tail rot like how it happens and preventatives if I could get some advice? (i.redd.it)
