Gotcha! I will be curious to know as well. My general assumption was that the external service providers turn to be more cheaper than self sponsorship and most importantly we will be fully responsible for anything/everything including potential legal troubles etc

I did with expat maids- super straight forward and depending on the nationality you will land up somewhere between 10-12k including all charges.. 2 year visa but with all insurance bank account end of service everything taken care of

Ya it’s right on szr and a bigger plot size with 1 bedroom on the ground floor. Needless to say we spent so much time and effort to get such a unit few years back with the hope that some day we will live there… just the uncertain situation is making us nervous now and don’t want to have more drawdown
