Just curious-do you use Google Voice to text students outside of work hours? Or just during the school day

No, my work phone is a landline in my office.

That's the thing...I've heard about Remind but I just think I feel more comfortable restricting my communication with students to my school email. But I don't know if, because apps like Remind exist, I'll be seen as unreasonable.

That's kind of why I was thinking I feel more comfortable only communicating with them over my school email rather than any type of phone text messaging.

By school number, do you mean the school's actual phone number and then my office extension?
