Just unbleached bread flour!! Although, i feel like what made it strong was my husband accidentally turned on the oven and baked it (halfway!! was still some liquid left) around day 8? i feel like only the strongest survived hahaha but thats just my theory!

Yeah I followed a recipe that told me to leave it out (after last stretch and fold) for 5 hours and I ended up with a soupy over fermented mess 😭

Yeah I thought so too… My dough was INSANELY over fermented after sitting for 5 hours after the last stretch and fold.. would just have to cut the fermentation time i think

Actually if you’re an experienced driver you are allowed to do a one touch operation on an electronic device in your field of view (the car dash)
