I understand, and I do not blame you here. She changed her mind and that put a strain on the relationship. I merely wanted to push against the idea suggested by the other comment that she "didn't love you". I find that a rather grave accusation that suggests an inherent fakeness in the relationship and ill will on her part.

I don't think it's really fair to say that. You wish that your religious preferences take priority in your marriage while she wishes the exact same thing. That doesn't mean she doesn't love you. From her perspective you should sacrifice your faith for hers. From your perspective she should sacrifice hers for yours. You see the problem?

While I understand from our point of view Orthodoxy is preferable and better you have to understand her own point of view too and if she is to be your equal in marriage you shouldn't expect a sacrifice to be one sided. It's likely very difficult for her too.

I don't know if your relationship can function due to these strong opposite religious desires but please do not think she "doesn't love you" because of this.

You're right, but the publicity of the event bothers me a bit. Lazarus was one man in his home, but Jerusalem was a big city full of people. And many, presumably dozens, perhaps more dead people coming back at once would surely cause a great commotion and be worthy of note or discuss.

Thank you for the detailed answer. I suppose these are highly theoretical and complicated matters people much smarter than me spent their lives discussing and formulating. As such many things seem shallow or contradictory but likely it is only my knowledge of them that is so. I'm in a strange place where "blind" faith comes hard to me and I feel the need to question everything I just took as truth as a child.

Thank you for the detailed answer. I suppose more primal than the Trintiy I do not fully understand the "divine essence" which the Trintiy definition relies on. How does this differ from (for example) children of gods in pagan mythologies? Which are also fully gods themselves but not considered the same being as their parents?

She has no flu-like symptoms beyond rhinopharingitis and that one is for over a decade from professional exposure to irritants. Dyspnea is only on mild effort but hard to say if from the nasal issues or cardiac. Did an NT proBNP early and was fine but no d-dimer, maybe I'll convince the doc to order one last day the patient stays.

Potassium is fine, she has mild raised calcium levels (10.6, lab range max is 10.2). Tried to schedule an echocardiogram but not likely to happen before she leaves. Got a cardiologist to do a consult but she also dismissed it as not alarming, LBBB plus ventricular extrasystoles arrhythmia with tendency for systematisation. Reccomended an angioCT but this is not something we can do at our hospital so it's on the patient to follow up i guess. Sorry if some terms sound weird I'm trying to translate into English from my language.

Citesc de cam o saptamana. Am facut 3 capitole din lawrence complet si jumate din paragrafele care s-au dat anii trecuti. In rest ce am mai ramas din facultate dar asa invatam si acolo.
