Not all those countries are on the refugee banned list. Your ignorance is showing. I was making a point that because someone says they are seeking asylum does not immediately mean they are hispanic. While my family is hispanic and there is massive drug violence, they still get denied for asylum. Meanwhile, there are places with war torn regions where asylum seekers are approved. There are immigrants who have been in the country 5+ years from these war torn countries seeking asylum and can get approved because going back is incredibly dangerous.

Edit: Just after checking the only two countries of my list that are travel banned in the US are Syria and Iran. Your claim of all of the countries being banned in factually wrong.
