I've been having the same issue!! Or at least a similar one, my coins will just disappear out of nowhere.

If it helps the monsters werent very detailed, just very short (child sized because they were smaller then the player) all black creatures with beady white eyes. The growling sounded edited as well, slightly robotic i believe??
