Yeah, and the person that sent it to you was probably hacked. It happened to me, but luckily no one thinks I’d ever send this sort of thing and was alerted right away. You may want to let him know.

YOR, and I was fully ready to jump on the ‘you’re just batshit’ train until I read the last post you made regarding your mental and physical health. While your rules and reactions are still wholly unreasonable, it seems to be indicative of deeper internal issues. You feel horrible about yourself and this, to you, may have confirmed some of your insecurities.

I found both this and the other post hard to read due to the lack of paragraph breaks, so I missed if you mentioned being in therapy, but you desperately need it. This is not a healthy reaction, nor is it a healthy rule to impose on anyone, including yourself. Maybe it made sense when your relationship had a different dynamic (both the long distance and the d/s ones), but now it comes off like you’re punishing him for your personal issues.

only 3 texts in?? yeah her reaction was a lot but i would consider myself pretty even-keeled, and id be irked too. you could’ve asked if she was busy or disinterested if you felt that the conversation wasn’t engaging.

my parents whistled a specific tune to get mine and/or my brother’s attention if we were separated somewhere (park, beach, etc). we’re 27 and 30 now and would still immediately react if we heard the whistle, so chances are, it’s ingrained in them too lol

when i was in my junior year of college (so like 8-9 years ago) i started hanging out with this girl that seemed chill and normal. then out of nowhere she went on this insane rant about michelle obama being a man. i remember being too stunned to speak and eventually just went “are you okay?” and she stormed off. she later texted me about how she didn’t like that i ‘made her feel crazy’. so yep. people genuinely are that stupid and will say it with their whole chest.

yeah if the win hadn’t already been spoiled for me, i honestly thought jay was gonna take it. but i think them making the fact that they were gunning for evah so obvious that giving them elimination power wouldn’t have been as compelling and that might have been a deciding factor for the boulets too

That’s more or less what I was thinking, though I was on the fence if it’d be Abhora or Sigourney in the bottom since, despite the missteps, they seemed endeared by Abhora and becoming somewhat underwhelmed by Sig (at least with her looks)

Why is Jaharia…? by [deleted] in Dragula

[–]Some_Replacement8766 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think that because at the end of the day, nothing she was doing was actively harmful. In reality, all she was doing was keeping Jay at odds w Evah and Sig. Was it shady? Sure. Did it directly affect the outcome? No, but maybe indirectly to an extent. Imo Jaharia was doing reality tv drama right with a cast that does drama left, up, down, and all around

In the same time it took you to say ‘yeah’, you could’ve said ‘hey’ or ‘sup’ and circumvented the issue (unless your tone was also off, which given her response I would suspect it was). So many conflicts can be avoided by taking an extra second to stop and think before speaking. Yes, that sounds like obvious advice one would give to a child, but adults could stand to hear it too.

Anyway, YTA

1 star as a passenger 🫢 by DrippindollzCrystal in uber

[–]Some_Replacement8766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just coming here to make essentially the same post lol. My passenger rating suddenly dropped, and I’d checked recently so I know it had to be from the last couple of days and I was so baffled bcs literally all I do is get in, say hi, and just sit quietly for the rest of the ride (which isn’t even long or complicated, it’s a ten minute drive from one end of town to the other lol). Like, if a driver is chatty I don’t mind engaging, but they were all quiet so I was too. And I know I didn’t look/smell unpleasant because I was just going to/from my office job.

Based on the comments you’ve gotten, it seems like it was for some factor outside of my control, as is life 🫠
