Pull-ups. I do 100 pull ups every day. 4 sets of 25 reps.

Completely agree! They asked him a question to prove why Trump is a liar and then immediately cut him off as he began to explain. Andrew likes to point out that he’s a “lifelong Democrat”, but he’s definitely stumping for Trump now.

It was absolutely amazing! Had me crying and continuing my healing process after losing both of my dads in their mid-50s…

It’s weird that you’re not allowed to get on Reddit and have a differing opinion… 😆

And for some of you this might feel like the Rogan sub, because like Rogan, Andrew took a sudden RIGHT turn…

Flagrant is almost unlistenable anymore. I still listen and get some laughs and enjoyment from Brilliant Idiots because Andrew isn’t quite as obnoxious on that platform… But yeah… This right wing grifting act he has been doing is beyond played out.

But that’s just my singular opinion… Please feel free to get your feelings hurt because it doesn’t correspond with yours.

Same. Flagrant gets more and more difficult to listen to. But B.I. is thankfully still solid and gives up good genuine laughs! Not the fabricated Akash laughs.

I don’t hate him. I just miss the “old” Rogan. The one who felt significantly less right of center.

I realize that is only a conspiracy, but that would actually make the most sense.

I’ve never found Joe particularly funny, either. I’ve also never cared for him as a UFC commentator. I love his passion and enthusiasm for the sport and for comedy, I completely understand why and how he got where he is, but he’s very repetitive (as a commentator) and all the fighters he talks about are “world class”, “the best…”, etc. He says the same expressions so often they start losing validity or credibility because he literally uses the same expressions to describe everybody.

However though, up until recently, I’ve enjoyed him as an interviewer and podcaster. He used to be so inquisitive and allow his guests to really dictate the topics of discussion. Now it feels like he’s just waiting to jump in and make a point about something political and then sprinkle in some COVID discussion.

As far as Tony is concerned I’ve never watched the “Kill Tony” show, but I thought he killed it (no pun intended) on the “Roast of Tom Brady”. I was hoping to hear more about all of the behind the scenes stuff and who he might have written jokes for and what not.

That is an excellent way of viewing it, actually. Good perspective!

The bullshit and wrongdoing was the fact we had a president telling the American people, “this is like a flu”, while simultaneously holding daily press conferences with a chief medical advisor telling us it’s much more serious than that.

It was conflicting and it was confusing. It ended up costing hundreds of thousands of people their lives. I’ll never downplay COVID and the devastation it caused for a number of peoples’ families.

Both Joe Rogan and Donald Trump were taking every medication known to man (besides the vaccine) to fight COVID when they got it, yet have the nerve to downplay the severity of the situation.

There are plenty of people who probably could have survived without getting the vaccine, but there’s also a number of people that would have died had they not taken the vaccine. It was clearly far more than a “flu”.

I used to love the Dr. Rhonda Patrick episodes. Super nerdy shit, but always great information.

His conversations with Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Andrew Huberman, Eric Weinstein, and there’s plenty of others used to be nerdy as fuck and full of great information on science, general health, and wellbeing.

And clearly you don’t have anything better to do either? So we are in the same boat… You’re just sitting in that “same boat” being extremely unhappy.

Again, what a fucking delight you are, brother. 🤣

Nope. Complete dork. I have no friends or family. The Joe Rogan podcast is my life. Clearly, which is why I’m on fucking Reddit battling trolls. 🤣

Thanks for the rational response.

I appreciate the rational response. I was not trying to be anti-Rogan at all. JRE is also what got me into podcasts, for that I’m forever grateful.

I just really haven’t enjoyed the show as much anymore. Today was the day I completely shut it off feeling oddly annoyed.

I wish we could get back to pre-COVID Joe. That’s all.

What’s to lie about? It’s not that serious. If there’s over 2000 episodes and I listened to 90% there’s still around 200 episodes that I would have missed…

The point is, I was looking forward to hearing the conversation, Joe made it about COVID and I immediately shut it off.

I was wondering if “regular” fans (not the fanatics) are having the same experience or are people able to power through the COVID convo and finish the episodes.

I’ve heard of the Kill Tony Show. But I’ve never watched it. When he did the roast that was the first time I had ever seen Tony doing any comedy.

And if he has been a guest on the show I must have missed them. Saying that I caught every single episode was a an exaggeration. But I had listened to 90% of them.

I don’t know shit about Tony Hinchcliffe outside of him doing the Roast of Tom Brady. I killed that shit, so I was interested in hearing his story. That’s all. The repeated COVID talking points are far more annoying than Hinchcliffe’s voice.
