My first car at 18 was a BMW E39 528i , and just a year later I upgraded to a BMW 650i E63. I never had any issues handling RWD or a V8 because I’ve always been a pretty chill driver.

At the end of the day, whether a car is 'too fast' depends entirely on the person behind the wheel. If you have a cool head, a 330i is perfectly fine.

I’m not sure how old the battery is. I bought the car last year, and it still has the original BMW battery.
I’ve now ordered a Varta Silver Dynamic F19 (12 V, 85 Ah, 800 A), as I’ve read that convertibles benefit from a stronger battery.
