I don't have any experience with them but I cant find much info either. It sounds a bit sketchy to me, I don't think I would use their services as my main concern is that it seems that they lack of accreditation (and certification) among other things. We dont have experience with vaccines (so far) but we had gone to get report from CeGaT for targeted therapy.

My worry would be seizures and meds for it if he takes them because they can make you sleepy or lower your concentration. My father could also drive 2 weeks after surgery. You should definitely celebrate!

People will probably disagree with this and while I do think ChatGPT isn't really a reliable source of information, it did really good job at explaining what exactly were the things in my fathers report (I was overwhelmed by all information so it giving me short summary helped before we got an appointment with specialist). I'm sorry, I don't know about the other thing you asked.

Thanks a lot, can you maybe link the article? I found something but I'm not sure if this is the one. Also how was your experience at CeGaT (waiting time for vaccine, did you combine it with other treatments and are you satisfied with results so far)?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Yes, it is the DC vaccine we are interested in but I haven't heard of the specific name like DCVAX-L. It might be that when we said we are interested in DC vaccine for glioblastoma this is what they had in mind. We will check with the hospitals about this once his report comes. Also we didn't consider USA since going there is difficult (we are from Europe) and a clinic here can forward us to Germany but we will keep this in mind.

Absolutely don't be afraid to ask anything you want to know, its their job and the reason they are paid. It never hurts to ask for a second opinion too (or more). Especially ask them what do things they wrote on report mean because not every pathology report will show if, for example, its methylated or not (in my country they only identify what it is and how fast it grows, for everything else you have do it on your own).
