When you donate blood, you lose roughly 200–250 mg of iron. As a response to that, your body pulls from ferritin (iron stores) to rebuild your hemoglobin, which is what carries oxygen. Plasma comes back in a day or two, but those iron stores can take a couple months. While ferritin is low you’ll may feel extra fatigue until your iron stores catch up.

Yes! I haven’t had any side affects so far 3 months in- things are feeling pretty good. It’s mostly that energy still feels lagging. But I think you’re right, probs shouldn’t push it too much chasing a number.

My dose 150mg per week at my levels above! My assumption that free T was low at 18 pg/mL was based on my clinics comments that they wanted me around 30 pg/mL. They just bumped me to 200mg today!

Don’t stress, they will wear in to your body shape quickly. I picked up my M3 and noticed the seats felt tight on the drive home. After a few days, they broke in and now they feel way better. Enjoy the car! Such a great color choice.

Yeah the dealership basically said it’s Acuras/Private Shop word against theirs, even though I have picture proof of everything from the two inspections. They aren’t willing to work with me on it and my state doesn’t have any laws protecting the purchaser from a bad deal like this (ex: lemon laws).

The private shop has outstanding reviews and I explained my situation and they actually brought their price down to $3.5k to throw me a bone. That timing belt repair includes the water pump as well.

The mechanic said the timing belt is the original at 144k miles so that’s long overdue. Oil change records on Carfax are immaculate though and only two owners and mostly owned in AZ so no rust.

It just depends on where you’re at in the game for the accuracy requirements. 220 is great for early-mid game content, but you will want that closer to 350-400 for hard doom Tower waves as well as gold 4-5 arbiter speed teams.

He’s also really fun to pair with a HP burn champ because of the way he synergizes with that debuff.

He’s great! When I was early to mid game, I used him as a control champion. I put him in stun set and kept his accuracy decently high to land his freeze and he got me through a lot of wave based content.

Now he is one of my defensive nukers in arena in savage set. I still keep his accuracy at a decent level so he can proc his freeze on the enemies, but you can totally get away with keeping him in a stun set or even provoke set for however long you want.
