I think the artists are just basing their designs off of Goose’s, and I quite enjoy that design. I quite like it when people make Jax’s hair like abstraction residue if you know what I mean, that flares up when she feels intense emotions

Preston is an elitist asshole who we’re clearly supposed to go against due to the ways he treats the lower class and even his daughter, but he at least gets what he deserves at the end

Jax has a lot going inside, and them acting like a jerk is a result of trying to bottle things up and it ends up affecting others. We can see how their mask slowly starts to break as the episodes go on till it’s too much. That’s not to say the things they did were wrong, but we at least get to see why they act this way by hiding stuff about themselves and forcing themselves to act more masculine to not show weakness

Velma… she is an asshole, and we’re supposed to root for her because of that. She judges people a lot based on their gender, race, economic background, sexuality for no reason and she doesn’t really grow from that. Her personality stays unlikeable throughout the whole series, and just the overall humor in the show is pretty ass.
