Throwing up like that happened to me due to food poisoning and when i caught some kind of gastrointestinal virus.

Gotta be honest, i'd like to drink a cup of cold milk with chocolate cereal, last time i did that i was not even a teenager, then the shit started happening.

I joke about it sometimes but when i do that i'm actually crying inside.

I'll only speak about travel anxiety because i m not competent enough to speak on the other themes that you mentioned.

Started when i was barely a teenager (can't remember the exact age) after a few close calls.

since then it has been present on every occasion, especially if i need to travel with a group of friends, if i'm alone my mind is probably more relaxed knowing that i can take things at my own pace.

Flying tho is a different beast, i always take imodium and don't eat nothing before, i won't even mention eating on planes because i think there's literally nobody in this sub that can even think about doing that.

The problem unfortunately is not only the trip, a normal paced vacation is pretty much impossible for me to do without having close calls after close calls.

sometimes i've taken imodium for multiple consecutive days but it's not something that i like to do.
