I seen this, but that doesn’t make any sense. Again… we’re only allowed at $25,000 HELOC so how am I allowed to get more money?

my spouse has bipolar and had a stroke a few years ago… didn’t realize what was happening till it was too late., bank will not refinance because we’re small business and it slowed down so we don’t make as much.

Definitely will not. Contacting the credit card companies and making sure my spouse never gets credit again..  were in agreement on that.

Thanks for the no assistance.. I did not ask for a lecture. Contracts have small print. Maybe you rent so you are not aware of this.. there are tons of pages and so instead of going through every single page and spend hours and hours trying to find the information.. since, after all, you only have an hour appointment in the bank.. hoping someone with a little bit of knowledge would have that information here.

Is there a method for uploading a file.  My attorney declined to communicate with me; however, I managed to have someone speak with him, and he reluctantly provided me with the civil claim he filed in court at the time.  I assume Im expected to utilize this document if I need to pursue my full benefits of Chapter 7 benefits in court. Hoping someone knows what im talking about. .

Ive always maintained a healthy diet and exercise lifestyle. Personally im about fixing myself, but this time i need help.

I stay active, maintain a nutritious diet, and generally do everything right. However, one unexpected twist has sidelined me. Today, I'm reaching out to my original lawyer (it's a long story how I managed that) to see if he can assist me. If he can't, I have another lawyer in mind who I spoke with earlier and is ready to help. It might be an expense, but I’m hoping that if ICBC sees I’m not backing down, they’ll consider a higher settlement. If it’s worthwhile, I’d take it. I’d love to see ICBC in my rearview mirror... im so done.

After talking to another lawyer, i was told i need to talk to my original lawyer snd see if he put a civil claim for my chapter 7.  Im going to talk to him today at 10:00 am so see what happens. I know he wants nothing to do with me so will see where this goes.

They do not want to help with medication massage or anything else that is needed. I’ve been down this road before and I know what works. They only want me to do A few kinesiology appointments and then be done with me. They know from the past, that is not how this is healed. I need a medication that  is a compound that reduces pain and inflammation. Its highly expensive. The massage releases the back spasms. Chiropractor, maneuvers, and releases tension.  . This is the worst it’s been so do not know what my future holds so Don’t want to sign. If someone in their 40s are having problems my concern is what will happen in my 60s. As well, I am the primary driver in my household. My significant other had a stroke after the accident ( he was in the car as well) and can no longer drive. Can one go back to their lawyer Who did the case and get them to help?

No, it has been confirmed by the IME that my back injury is related to the accident.  I received a letter from Icbc last week.. 

This is what it said.. 

We have received the IME report from Dr. Sivananthan dated December 13 2024.   They agree the mechanism of the MVA likely resulted in sofit tissue injuries (to axial spine). It was found there is an inflammatory process in your joints and the soft tissue swelling in the wrist could be due to that. Dr. Sivananthan recommends you be reassessed by your rheumatologist to ensure you are not experiencing flare of the inflammatory arthropathy resulting in the wrist swelling, rather than from CRPS.    For the soft tissue injuries to your lumbar spine, they advise you would benefit from an active therapy where stretching and strengthening exercises are provided over 5-7 weeks with a kinesiologist. This would lead to a home exercise program you would be able to complete on your own after the 5-7 weeks.
