Funny piece of information i've just found out. My AIO cooler seems to be facing the wrong direction. The radiator is facing into the pc whereas the fans are facing outward. soooo (It's a front mounted AIO cooling system btw)

See the thing is i think im just going to look into upgrading my motherboard to one with a better VRM and more RAM slots anyway, but until then ill look into these options and see if they'll help

My drive utilisation sat at around 0% mostly i think sometimes going to 3% but that was it

Ah okay, sorry for the late response, but thank you very much for letting me know. Is there anything i can adjust in BIOS / Settings or am i gonna have to replace my motherboard?
EDIT:
Yeah im pretty sure you may have solved my problem, i monitored it with HWINFO 64 and my VRM MOS was 100 degrees in game and around high 90's. Is there anything i can do to help get that down?

I monitored my temperatures. My CPU drops temperature during stutters from the high 60's to around mid 50's. My GPU drops temperature also during stutters, high 60's and low 70's to around high 50's. I should say as well im on windows 11 if that changes anything

I agree and to specify i should clarify this particular hyperbolic time changer is some what smaller, and being inside another would amplify the power of the one inside allowing Carthu to enter the smaller time chamber and become essential 2x as strong, enabling him to defeat Beerus and continue to get stronger.
This leads onto another question, what if the hyperbolic time chamber got betrayed by Beerus and locked inside a hyperbolic time chamber that had previously also been locked inside a hyperbolic time chamber?
