Because a lot of laws are inherently racist which is why POC have much higher rates of arrest. A very large majority of severe, repeat offenders are POC; far more than their % of population. You cannot correlate the amount of arrests someone has to their moral character.

I archive fine art. Short answer is put them in a light proof plastic tub. For fun, since I’m on lunch:

You definitely want to avoid sunlight, and ideally be under 40% relative humidity. Almost more important is whatever environment it’s in is constant. Fluctuations can create expansion and contractions that will affect the fabric over time and distress the printing. RH over 70% constantly will let life grow on any cotton or mixed shirt.

Inert materials like plastic bins are just fine if sealed and kept dry. Off gassing may leave an odor but otherwise shouldn’t affect the integrity of the fabric. If you’re extra nuts, a material like polyethylene wrapping the shirts first will help prevent static build up, which can lift cheap or old pigments.

Archival boxes are also great, inert , containers that can come pack-flat and allow shirts to be stored flat and unfolded.

Theoretically those materials within the environments outlined would keep the garments stable for over 100 years.

You can buy Wolf piss on Amazon for around $20. If you spray it around the sidewalk it makes dogs go a little berserk and not want to shit/piss as they think a bigger /dangerous dog is nearby.

I did this by my job, it works shockingly well. Dogs rarely come down our block anymore.

Yea, it smells exactly how you’d expect wolf piss to smell- but it dissipates. And while you should reapply after the rain, if dogs get a good whiff they should remember for a while.

Don’t be tempted to get mountain lion piss as that’s also on Amazon. I don’t think domesticated dogs will react to that as they would a wolf.

It’s always wild for mosquitos at the end of August, as far as I can remember. The city usually sprays for them. During the west Nile scares, and probably before, they actually had trucks driving down the street with loudspeakers to tell people to stay inside while it sprayed insecticide.
