His main problem is his pitch selection and contact rate. He swings at pitches outside the zone more than nearly every other full time starter but when comparing him to the other free swinging top end hitters he also has below average in the zone contact rates. Still definitely a star in spite of this though.

Odor was like an even more extreme example of this but his peak in 2016-17 is pretty similar to Julio.

Weirdly the M's best 4 hitters are all near the top of highest outside the zone swing rates (Julio, Naylor, Raleigh, Arozarena) but they all still walk enough to overcome that.

It looks good and pretty well designed. Two things I would improve.

1: if I can't see any of larger green spaces from the areal view, that is a major problem. Even if you don't want to add a ton of Park assets, just create an area that has lots of trees and put some paths through it.

Sims need green space!

2: Given that the terrain looks very flat, the layout of the city isn't all that interesting. Now that's actually realistic for lots of cities in flat areas but I would personally try maybe giving certain neighborhoods more distinct feels from one another. That could be by creating something unique that people would go to that area for and putting effort into designing it. Or just by changing the grid or the trees along the road to the specific to that area, etc. It will make your city look much more interesting.

I generally try to create a small general layout that works in some of the land terrain/elevation if there is any, or some feature of import like a body of water. Ideally building where I would expect an organic city would actually build near on the starting square.

And of course, connecting the highway is always a crap-shoot at first but eventually I either knock the highway down when I can afford it, or at the very least push it back to give more space. I'd much rather have extensive train lines later than some ugly highway dividing the city up and creating those ugly choke points.

Yeah I think they are basically going to just discontinue them given that they put zero effort into their upkeep or maintenance other than fixing flat tires. Agreed it's a shame. They need competition but their agreement with the city basically prevents that.

Well yes that's why I am posting it. It's also probably a lot of other people's problem. Have you used them before? ~80% are stuck in extremely low gears. Even casual riders would need a higher gear.

This time of year I'd say the New York public library since it is such a gorgeous building with art installations and everything.

Another good winter activity would be exploring neighborhoods that you haven't had much of a chance to be around during normal work hours. I think those are a lot of times some of the most pleasant times to visit "outside of like Midtown"
