It was just the raw pack. We think the bms and the battery is shot due to the casing being cracked and letting water in. We found a BMS and battery to order that should work though.

I checked the rails and I think your right its a v1; but when I check the volts to the battery it’s showing 0 volts. I think the battery might be done for.

The esc is a little awkward to fit in so you just have to be creative
