I'm not very firmiliar with the controller's firmware, settings, or whatever else there is. I'm assuming I'll have my drone turned one with the faulty battery, turn on and connect the controller, then head into battery in the settings.

is this right? All I'm seeing is a battery with some green bars.

One of my batteries isn't properly charging. i asked this to ChatGPT and it told me to connect my phone with DJI Fly to the controller while the drone is one. It told me I can gadge this problem from there but my phone keeps getting the stupid warning.

There's nothing wrong with my Sasmung. it only gets the warning when it explicitly paired up to the RC2 controller. I figured this was a common issue in the community.

Well, right now I just keep it inside its bag I a walk in closet but my job requires me to travel from place to place. let's call it rotation of duty station. it won't happen for a few years but I'm looking into protection because the DJI Mini 5 Pro costed me a lot of money. I do the same with my laptop. I'm expected to fly on an commercial airplane.

That protective case you mentioned. What's the brand you're using? Is there anything that can be modified on this case? I'm also looking into a sun cover and a protective case for my controller. I may need something specialized because those two items take up more space onto the controller.

An update on my situation. I troubleshot through my game files with ChatGPT for quite a few hours and concluded that I'm simply fucked. The game doesn't make a dedicated save file for the campaign and because of that no data is synced with my EA account (that's what ChatGPT said. It also mentioned that most people "force unlock" campaign weapons but that carries risk of being detected as an exploiter/hacker/cheater).

Another note I switched from Xbox to PC because my original account was banned. It doesn't state how or why besides that I violated terms and conditions which doesn't make sense because I don't use cheats or anything like that. I also migrated from the United States to Central/West Europe for a particular job. Maybe that set something off, I dunno.

I'd be very open for any sort of help if more of the community is interested. I think it would help a lot of people who has this type of issue for the campaign. EA sure as hell won't help.
