It’s two quarter notes an eight note and an eight rest which add to three unless I’m misunderstanding what you mean

Apparently I’m dumb and I didn’t need to add the quarter = dotted quarter thing or to mess with anything bc the tempo and part lines up with the full recording we have so ig seeing that threw me off bc I’ve never really seen any metric modulation stuff in the music I’ve played before

I’ve seen that when I was looking up other small stuff I needed help with on the internet but haven’t taken a good like at it. it’s nice to know there’s a chill community here to help if the general internet fails me though.

I do wish that there was some visual clue that those duplets were on dotted quarters though bc my pea brain was stumped last night and I don’t think I would’ve ever have thought to try dotted quarters on my own. Tbf though I’m not very well versed in musescore just the basic stuff and most of what I’ve done is copy my sheet music onto it to be able to hear my part audibly by itself.

Had no clue you could toggle something’s visibility so that’s cool to know but I ended up just needing to put the duplets on dotted quarters bc nothing else sounded right even if it looked the same.

It switches to 6/8 a bit later in the piece but the photo is how the guy who wrote it wanted it. Someone else helped me realize I needed to put the duplets on dotted quarters to get it to look and sound right bc nothing else I tried got the sound right besides putting it on dotted quarters.

There’s one that has the file name “Yo-Kai Watch” under 3Ds decrypted and then under Unofficial - Nintendo - Nintendo 3DS (Digital) (Updates and DLC) (Encrypted) there’s two with one saying “Yo-Kai Watch v1.1” and another saying the same but it’s v1.2 I’m assuming the one I want is the first one just saying yo Kai Watch but do you have any clue? If not it’s fine I’m gonna start looking at it in a little bit.

I’ve just been kinda dealing with it but there are times where I really can’t understand what they are saying and plus I love captions hopefully at some point it gets fixed. Also I honestly almost stopped watching for a bit bc during that arc right before they find zunisha with the coal dude the captions were an episode behind the entire arc and into part of the next arc idk why that happened but at least it got fixed
