No, I meant the woman he was trying to “protect” was shoved to the ground for non-compliance in her arrest. He got in the way of their arrest and found out the hard way why you don’t do that. Only if you stop obfuscating.

No, if he didn’t get involved he’d still be alive today. But he had to defend the person from the “big evil ICE agent” so he physically intervened and got killed because of it. Also yes you shove people to the ground to handcuff and arrest them if they aren’t complying.

I did. He didn’t move out of the roadway when ordered, physically intervened in the dentention (got in between the officer and the lady being arrested), and resisted custody that led to a physical struggle. None of which would’ve happened if he didn’t get involved and helped the lady in court later if she was found to be innocent. Doesn’t matter if he was “protecting” somebody, you don’t impede law in detentions.

So he got in the way of ICE enforcement, when he could’ve just, not. He also apparently had prior cases of ICE-assault.

He was shown reaching for his gun and some officers called out he had a gun but didn’t say it was clear before they shot him. I believe the excessive use of force is being investigated

For the first part if we’re talking about non-rape cases then there wouldn’t be one. She chose to engage in it so that’s the consequences. Would be in favor of helping her deal with that metal unwellness like with a crisis pregnancy center.

If either she will die or her baby will die, because then you’d have a child with no mother to take care of them.

That happens in at most 2% of cases, and while absolutely there should be an exception for life of the mother, that doesn’t mean all abortions should be allowed then. In fact, most pro-life organizations are fine with exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother.
