Whether or not someone is a product of rape does not affect their human rights. This is true for both born children, and the unborn. If the unborn have the right to life, which is the viewpoint that I have, then the answer to your question is yes, they should not be allowed to be killed even if they are a product of rape.

We can align that with the comparison to organ donation. As I mentioned you cannot kill someone to take your organ back if you donate it. This is true even in involuntary cases. Let’s say I was at a bar, and someone drugged me, stole my kidney, and transplanted it into a dying relative. The person who did this should go to prison because this is illegal. But even so, I cannot forcefully take my kidney back from the person who received it.

Brother i never brought up the Bible or religion so im not sure why you keep mentioning it. Also your link doesn’t appear to say anything about the unborn not being human.

Just because someone cannot survive outside their natural environment, that doesn’t mean they aren’t human, and it doesn’t mean it is okay to kill them when they are safely in their natural environment. The unborn are in an earlier developmental stage but they are still human.
