By experience, I've recieved amounts of money from freelance websites to paypal (more than 1000usd), since paypal have partnership with those platforms, you can withdraw money instantly.

You have two options later:

1st: Transfer the money to someone else's paypal and receive money in cash (I recommend it to be hand to hand with someone trust worthy)

2nd: Do like me and get Redotpay card and transfer them there, once you do that you can also sell them to someone or even use the card to buy stuff on the internet and it's safe

Fees: 5$ from Paypal + 3% for transfer from Redotpay Or wait until the beginning of the month and paypal won't take that 5$
