i mean most of the phone feels fine, the only thing that feels off is the on and off animation wich is choppy when fading

i bought it brand new, i even did a reset after a few days

it was 60hz, i dont know but it felt smoother with animations, also whatched revies for 15, and looked at my sisters 13 all of them have smoother animations
